Jake and team designed and installed a patio for us that included beautiful paver stones, a retaining wall, and a natural stone walkway. They also sanded and painted our deck. We couldn't be happier with the end result, which was a function of great planning, a collaborative and consultative approach to design and picking out materials, and great communication along the way. They delivered on-time (actually a couple days early) and on budget. I highly recommend DeChellis Contracting LLC!

We’ve had several other projects done by other contractors that turned out ok and some that I absolutely hated. Jake knew exactly how to make my vision come to life! He was very reasonable, was here when he said he’d be here (which nobody else did. I always was tracking them down), and went above and beyond the scope of work without us even asking him too. As an interior designer, my job is to pay attention to detail and I expect contractors that do work on our house to do the same. Jake takes pride in what he does and because of his eye for detail, he will be our exterior contractor for life. Thank you Jake! We are thrilled with everything you’ve done for us.
